- Each employee is registered with, and participates in, the National Paramedic Institute Training Program
- Each employee is regularly offered training classes
- Several employees are provided the opportunity to attend the three major Georgia state EMS conferences each year
- Each new employee is provided an extensive orientation program
- All employees participate in bi-annual disaster drills held with the other local public safety organizations and Tift Regional Medical Center
- 6 Licensed EMS Level II Instructors
- 12 Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructors
- 12 International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) Instructors
- 8 Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructors
- 18 Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructors
